  • Rate-limit, free-credit, or suspension evasion
  • Unauthorized API resale or infrastructure disruption

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes permitted and prohibited uses of the Accuracy website, email verification platform, bulk verification tools, APIs, dashboards, and related services ("Services").

This AUP forms part of the Accuracy Terms of Service.

Accuracy provides email verification tools to help businesses assess email-address quality, maintain cleaner contact data, reduce avoidable bounces, and protect sending operations.

The Services must not be used to facilitate spam, fraud, unauthorized data collection, malicious enumeration, harassment, cyber abuse, or other unlawful activity.

  • reducing avoidable bounces;
  • detecting malformed or invalid addresses;
  • detecting disposable addresses;
  • identifying catch-all domains;
  • identifying role-based addresses;
  • verifying authorized B2B prospect data;
  • integrating email verification into your applications; and
  • lawful research, testing, and development.

  • infringement of third-party rights; or
  • any unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive activity.

  • has a business relationship with you;
  • wants to receive your message; or
  • may lawfully be contacted.
6Email Enumeration and Account DiscoveryYou must not use Accuracy for malicious or unauthorized email enumeration.

This includes systematically using the Services to determine information for purposes such as:

  • discovering accounts belonging to specific individuals;
  • credential stuffing;
  • phishing;

  • other unauthorized profiling or abuse.

23Credits Following EnforcementCredits may be forfeited when an account is suspended or terminated for violating this policy, subject to applicable law and correction of enforcement errors.

If we suspend or terminate an account for violating this policy, unused credits associated with that account may be forfeited and will not normally be refunded.

We may provide a refund or restore credits when required by applicable law or when we determine that enforcement occurred in error.
