What is a verification credit?
One credit is charged for a valid, invalid, catch-all, or risky result through either bulk verification or the API. Unknown, syntax-invalid, duplicate, execution-failed, and cancelled results use zero credits.

No. Purchased credits remain in your account until you use them.
Do you charge for invalid emails?
Yes. Valid, invalid, catch-all, and risky results each use one credit. Unknown, syntax-invalid, duplicate, execution-failed, and cancelled results use zero credits.
What does ‘Unknown’ mean?
Unknown means the receiving mail server did not provide a definitive result, usually because it timed out or temporarily rejected the check.
Can I upload the same list again?
Yes. You can verify a list again at any time. Each run follows the same result-based rule: one credit for valid, invalid, catch-all, and risky results; zero credits for unknown, syntax-invalid, duplicate, execution-failed, and cancelled results.
Do Bulk and API share the same credits?
Yes. One credit balance works across bulk uploads and API verification.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You may request a refund for unused purchased credits within 30 days of purchase. Applicable taxes are deducted from the refund, and promotional or already-used credits are not refundable.
